Notary
Looking to schedule a mobile notary service? Feel free to call or text us at 310-373-3202.
If you prefer a more immediate option, walk-in notaries are always welcome!
Our notary services serve several essential purposes:
- Fraud Deterrence: We verify the identity of the signer to prevent fraud.
- Ensuring Understanding: We ensure the signer comprehends the document they are signing and does so willingly.
- Creating a Public Record: Notarization generates a public log, making the document legally binding.
To avail of our services, please note the following:
- Signers must appear in person, presenting valid state-issued photo identification.
- You should bring the document you wish to notarize.
We provide notarization for various documents, including but not limited to:
- Property Grant Deeds
- Quitclaim Deeds
- Borrowers Title Deeds
- General Power of Attorney
- Durable Power of Attorney
- Advance Health Care Directive
- Affidavits of various types
- Parental permission for travel
- Requests for certified copies of Birth Certificates
- Copy Certifications for your documents
- Issuance of a Passport to a child when one parent cannot be present
- Trusts and Certification of Trust
- Documents in a foreign language
- Oath of office/administering an oath
However, please note that we cannot notarize the following:
- Copies of California birth, death, or marriage certificates. We can notarize requests to obtain certified copies from the county registrar, though.
- I-9 or Immigration forms. You should seek an Immigration Specialist for these.
- Wills. In California, wills do not require notarization to be legal. Nevertheless, we can notarize them if you so desire. California wills only need signatures from two witnesses to be valid, a service we can provide.
Thank you for considering our notary services, and we look forward to assisting you with your notarization needs. Feel free to contact us for more information or to schedule an appointment.
